ems is a dedicated team of people who help make your event the best it can possibly be.

Whether you’re a hotel event organiser who needs to stage a big conference or an awards do, or an in-house event manager, our event planning service can help you. For example, perhaps you’re running a small meeting for 10 and you just need to borrow a plasma television, we can deliver that for you, too.

A central London location

It might sound obvious, but our London Bridge location is really central and that can make a critical difference to supporting you.

If the unexpected happens and you need a new part or person to come on site, being barely 20 minutes from the west end and 10 minutes from the city means we can save you a lot of time.

Where many other companies are based in places outside London, our inner London location guarantees that you’re never very far from help.

Imran Bashir »
Imran joined EMS in 2000 and has overseen our phenomenal growth. He now project manages larger events, and has over 15 years experience in the industry. Imran is a keen golfer and a father of 4 children.
Fazz Chaudhary »
Fazz joined EMS in 2001 after graduating in business studies. Initially employed as a technician, he is now the technical support manager and oversees the running of the events. He is an avid traveler and likes to get away whenever he can.
Grant Sivell »
Grant studied sound engineering in Durban, South Africa in 2001 before coming to England to do corporate audio-visual production. After a spell as a conference manager, he joined the EMS team. Grant is the Technical Support Manager and oversees the hire desk on a daily basis. In his spare time, he likes to DJ and gets regular gigs in Ibiza and Madrid. Grant is married and lives in Wimbledon.
Frank Shah »
Frank joined us in 2006 as business development manager. His main responsibility is ensuring the end client gets exactly the event they want. Whether you want to congratulate us for a great job or tell us about something that could have gone better, you’ll be speaking to Frank. Frank is the father of two kids and lives in East Ham.
Derek Kucharski »
Derek joined EMS in 2004. A technician with a range of skills, he can pretty much do anything that’s thrown at him. From IT to full AV systems, to setting up plasma screens. In his spare time he builds computers. Don’t ask.
Paul Bilsby »
Originally from Australia, Paul joined EMS in 2007. He’s a qualified video production engineer, who worked for one of the largest event production companies in Australia before EMS signed him up. An all rounder, his hobbies include relaxing and socializing.
Michael Negrao »
Michael joined EMS in May 2009. A qualified sound engineer, he’s been in the event industry for nearly a decade. His specialty is engineering live sound events, and we’ll often send him out for a big musical event. In his spare time, like Grant, he DJ’s and produces music.
Mercedes Pilco »
Mercedes joined us in early 2009 and works in our accounts department. She is studying ACCA part time and speaks Spanish. In her spare time like Paul, she likes relaxing and socializing.
