A team approach
Creating events is usually done under some element of time pressure. And that requires a team to help ensure you deliver on schedule.
We have a group of individuals who’ve worked together on countless assignments and they share an ability to get things done right and on time.
One recent event we produced was a product launch staged in a restaurant, with limited access points. The extensive scaffolding could only be erected after the lunch serving had finished at 4 pm, yet it had to be completely dismantled 2 hours later.
Our team completed a feasibility assessment before we agreed to take the job on, and in the process resolved most of the anticipated issues. Thus, a potentially difficult event passed without a hitch.
We believe in having duplicates pieces of equipment
You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know technology can spring surprises. It sometime malfunctions, doesn’t fit the socket it’s supposed to, runs a battery down faster than it should.
Our philosophy is simple. If it’s important, we have duplicates, and even triplicates of the item and bring them along.
We also make a point of having some of the newest stock. We regularly upgrade our stock long before it’s likely to ever become unreliable.
Experience counts
We’ve been creating events for over 9 years and regularly work in over 50 different venues.
Because of this, our team knows a lot of the back-stairs geography of many of London’s hotels and conference centres. This helps a lot when you’re planning an event, because we can minimise the disruption and noise that installing an event often creates.
