EMS Events are a long-established company supplying premium quality audio visual equipment and event production support, this year marks our 20th year in the industry.
Undertaking work in all areas of the events industry with work ranging from small meetings to high profile company conferences, awards ceremonies, product launches, red carpet events and A List soirees, our experience and fresh ideas mean no job is ever too big or too small.
We specialise in operating events in historic venues and 5 star hotels. Our technical team are always courteous, smart and equipped with the attitude fitting to such prestigious venues. Our 5-star approach extends to every area of our business, with all our team, whether on site or on the end of the phone always willing to go the extra mile in helping our clients to deliver a memorable event.
Another major plus for us is our location. Our head office and warehouses are a stone’s throw from central London, approximately 10 mins from the west end and 15 mins from the city. This allows us to provide a high level of service to our London based clients, meaning we can offer a much quicker response time than most other companies, as we are never far away.
We have our own fleet of vans, meaning we do not rely on costly third party couriers. This enables us to offer a cost effective and reliable transport service meaning our equipment arrives on site in premium condition and on time.
We hold a large inventory of state of the art equipment including Sound, Lighting, Video, Auto Cue, Simultaneous Interpretation and much more. Our own warehouse prep/maintenance team ensure that our kit is always in premium condition ready for your event. We also have our own scenery workshop allowing us to provide bespoke sets for our clients, taking on design, fabrication and on site build using our own scenic carpenters.
We dedicate a great deal of time researching the latest industry trends and striving to bring our clients the best equipment and ideas to ensure every event leaves their guests talking about it long after the event.
It is very important to us to make the whole experience of dealing with EMS Events stress free. That’s why we answer most requests for quotes the instant you call or email us. If we need to source a quote from one of our suppliers on your behalf, we do that quickly too. We understand that our venue partners have their own clients, with their own timelines, and want to make this a seamless as possible. This is an ethos that we carry with us through the entire process, from the initial quote to the final event, our dedicated project managers are there for you every step of the way.
Should you need assistance outside of our office hours, we offer a 24-hour support line and call out service. This is not only for technical issues, this can also be used should you have any last-minute hire needs too, as we understand that the hotel/market isn’t necessarily 9-5.
As well as the one-off event service we offer to venues, we have a vast amount of experience of full time venue partnerships. Many members of our team have worked as in-house manager’s in some of London’s most prestigious hotels and venues. This wealth of knowledge of how venues work on the inside allows us to integrate fully as part of your venue’s team and work seamless as a partner not just a supplier. Having a dedicated member of technical staff on site can dramatically increase sales and provide an invaluable resource for your sales teams, taking the stress out of quoting for AV Services.
