EMS Events, as an organisation, commits to:
1.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation while making sure direct employees are paid the London living wage regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, or other status. We also encourage our contractors to pay equal wages and abide by local laws.
2.
Creating a stress-free working environment that promotes respect and dignity for each staff member and where contributions and differences of all staff members are valued equally. We aim to avoid and oppose unlawful discrimination, victimisation, harassment, and bullying in the workplace.
3.
Encourage equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace while monitoring and regularly assessing the equality, diversity, and inclusion policy.
4.
Made the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion policy publicly available on our website and brought this to the attention of all staff members.
MEET
THE TEAM

Creating a truly memorable event takes more than just planning. We specifically understand that it’s about combining technical know-how, meticulous preparation, and a touch of imagination. Every detail matters, from AV setup to production management, to make sure your guests have an experience they’ll remember.”

I’ve been working with some of our clients for the best part of 15 years. Over time, they’ve trusted us with their own clients and let us get on with things. It saves a lot of time, but we never forget it’s a privilege we have to earn.”

I drive the HGV for all the big jobs, and I also set up the simultaneous interpretation booths. The biggest thing I’ve learned is to give clients the time to ask questions. When you explain things clearly and properly, it builds confidence and helps the event run smoother.”

I love the planning side of what we do. I’m the link between the client, the venue, and our crew. Locking in schedules, mapping out the space, and making sure every detail is agreed before show day.”

Show day is all about control. One minute everything’s locked, the next you’re re-routing signals, updating LED wall content, or building a new cue so playback and camera feeds hit at the right moment. I make sure it all eventually looks seamless for the room and anyone watching remotely.”

I manage crew scheduling - who goes where, and when. Plans move fast in events, so reliability is everything. In the end, having the right people you can count on matters most.”

Sometimes a client needs something you can’t just order from a supplier. In those cases, we scope it, design it, and our team builds a bespoke solution. My job is making sure it’s planned properly and delivered to the same standard as everything else.”

I obsess over the details so our clients don’t have to. From concept to execution, I make sure there’s strategy, style, and a little sass included.”

You need venue knowledge and technical knowledge, both matter. For major installs, we survey, measure, and document the details ahead of time, so nothing is left to memory. That preparation is what keeps the job running cleanly on site.”

I take ownership of the technical details so nothing is left to chance. From planning to live execution, my focus is on delivering dependable systems, smooth workflows, and zero surprises on show day.”

I’ve worked with EMS Events since it started under a railway arch, and I can say it’s always been the same company, but now it’s a bigger and better version of itself.”

My job is making sure the warehouse is ready for what the event becomes, not just what it starts as. A projector request can quickly turn into an LED wall requirement, and the only way to respond is solid preparation: testing, packing, and a clear plan shared with the team.”
