EMS Events is an advocate of the green initiative and environmental sustainability. We serve our clients and manage event production operations while adhering to sustainability guidelines.

We’ve outlined our sustainability statement below obliging to the ISO 2021 sustainable events management standard. Our key focus is on:

Reducing waste and harmful materials by minimising consumption and using reusable and recycled methods. We prefer acquiring and using refurbished and recyclable equipment for events from licensed sustainable sources.

Promoting sustainable transport use for logistics as well as staff and attendee travel before and after events.
3.
Using energy-efficient products and services that have a low carbon footprint while preferring renewable energy resources.
4.
Protecting and preserving national heritage and infrastructure, including flora and fauna.
5.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and local laws while encouraging our contractors to abide by these rules.

Ensuring the integration of sustainability principles across our event production processes while working closely with the staff, contractors, supply chain, and other key stakeholders.

Operating from a 18,000 square foot warehouse close to Tower Bridge, our prime Central London location can make a major difference to the success of your event.

If the unexpected happens and a new piece of equipment is urgently needed, our team can arrive on the location quickly to swap equipment and rectify any issues. Our location also means last-minute and urgent orders can be accommodated.
