We’re excited to share the success of EMS Events’ latest project at the prestigious WNS Global Infinity Client Conference in London; with a very precise brief and extremely tight turnaround, we knew it was no easy task, but our whole team contributed to this production, making the planning and execution efficient, and the finished product, a complete triumph.
The client wanted eye-catching visuals and branding, and we delivered. The LED walls displayed sharp, clear images that worked as both a backdrop and an interactive content display. We adjusted everything in real-time to ensure the visuals were perfect throughout the event.
The stage design also stood out. The curved edges and LED-lit steps gave it a clean, polished look, and the lighting effects helped make the stage a real spectacle. Our workshop team really went the extra mile to construct the custom curved stage, working through the night to meet the tight deadline.
To ensure everything ran smoothly, we provided a full team of our trusty technicians as well as a production manager. This allowed our client to focus solely on creating an unforgettable experience for their attendees, while we handled the technical details. We also custom-designed and printed the backdrop to align perfectly with the theme and overall aesthetics of the event, ensuring a cohesive visual experience.
