This experience helps our team plan carefully, manage technical requirements and deliver dependable production for conferences, product launches, awards ceremonies, gala dinners and other corporate events.

Complete in-house service
EMS Events brings AV, staging, lighting, video, streaming, interpretation and production support together through one coordinated team. This integrated approach gives you one clear contact, reduces supplier handovers, and keeps all technical elements aligned. It covers everything from the first brief to live event delivery.

Extensive AV inventory
With more than 30,000 pieces of professional AV equipment in stock, EMS Events can support events of different sizes and formats. Our large itemised inventory includes microphones, lighting, projectors and LED video walls, giving the team greater control over equipment selection, availability and last-minute production changes.

Central London base
Located near Tower Bridge, the 18,000 sq. ft. EMS Events facility provides quick access to major London venues and helps our team respond efficiently to last-minute production changes. You can also visit us before event to test equipment, review proposed setups and discuss technical requirements with our specialists.

Technical in-house team
A permanent team of more than 30+ project managers, technicians, engineers and designers supports every stage of delivery. EMS Events keeps the same specialists involved throughout planning, installation, rehearsals, live operation and de-rig, giving organisers greater consistency and accountability.

Technology-led production
Professional event technology is combined with careful production planning to create one connected system. EMS Events coordinates sound, lighting, staging, screens, cameras, streaming and content playback so every speaker, presentation and brand message reaches in-room and online audiences clearly.
HOW DO WE KEEP EVENTS
RUNNING SMOOTHLY?
Careful planning and experienced on-site support keep every technical element on schedule. That is why the EMS Events team prepares for venue restrictions, content changes and live programme updates before the event begins. Our production specialists remain ready to respond quickly, helping speakers, presentations and show cues run smoothly.
EVENTS – WE’VE
DONE THEM ALL

Fashion Shows
Fashion show production depends on precise timing, strong visuals and clear backstage communication. To keep every runway moment coordinated, EMS Events provides professional sound, lighting, LED screens, video playback and show control for designer showcases and brand events. Each setup is then planned around the venue, collection sequence and audience sightlines, while technical rehearsals align music, lighting cues and visual content. This joined-up approach supports a smooth production from the first model entrance to the final runway moment.

Conferences
Clear communication is essential across keynote speeches, panel discussions and audience sessions. For that reason, EMS Events brings together sound, staging, projection, LED screens, lighting, live streaming and simultaneous interpretation within one production plan. Each system is shaped around the venue, and delegate numbers, allowing speakers to remain supported throughout the event. By managing every technical element with one team, attendees can hear, see, and follow the content clearly. This applies from the opening session to the final presentation.

Product launches
A successful product launch needs accurate cueing, strong visual impact and dependable technical delivery at every stage of the reveal. EMS Events professionals bring these elements together through LED displays, creative staging, lighting, sound, video playback, and interactive content shaped around the launch message. Once the production concept is agreed, each element is adapted to the audience, venue and planned reveal. Rehearsals then align the speakers, demonstrations, videos and lighting cues to help every stage of the launch unfold in the right order.

Award ceremonies
Award ceremonies depend on smooth transitions between presenters, nominee videos, winner announcements and entertainment. To support that flow, EMS Events brings stage design, lighting, sound, LED screens, video playback and show control together under one production team. Once the running order is confirmed, each technical cue is aligned with the programme, presenter requirements and key award moments. Rehearsals then connect every transition, helping the ceremony feel polished and keeping the audience engaged.

Seminars
A successful seminar needs clear sound, visible presentation content and dependable technical support from the opening session to the final discussion. EMS Events professionals bring these elements together through microphones, projection, screens, staging, recording and live streaming, all planned around the seminar format. Once the production requirements are agreed, each system is adapted to the venue, audience size and speaker needs. Technical checks then align sound, slides, videos and transitions, helping every session run smoothly and keeping attendees focused.

Gala dinners
Gala dinner production must balance polished presentations with the atmosphere of the evening. EMS Events brings together elegant lighting, discreet sound, staging, screens and technical support for speeches, awards and entertainment. Once the venue layout and programme are confirmed, each element is positioned around dining service, guest movement and audience sightlines. The production team then manages every transition carefully, allowing presentations and live moments to fit naturally into the evening while keeping the room visually refined.

ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you provide corporate event production and technical stage management in London?
Yes. EMS Events provides corporate event production and technical stage management across London, including sound, lighting, LED video, staging, presentation playback, technical rehearsals, and on-site crew. The team can coordinate speakers, stage movements and technical cues through one agreed run-of-show.
Can you help shape the event format or just provide tech?
We can do both. Some clients come with a set agenda; others ask us to advise on timings, transitions, walk-ups, graphics and how to keep the audience engaged throughout the programme.
At what stage should we involve the production team?
Ideally, as soon as you have a date and venue shortlist, early involvement lets us flag technical constraints, suggest layouts and power needs, and prevent expensive last-minute changes.
Do you work directly with venues and other suppliers?
Yes. We liaise with venue teams on access, power, rigging, health and safety, and with any other suppliers (caterers, decor, entertainment) to coordinate schedules and avoid clashes.
Can you manage live and hybrid elements of the same event?
Yes, we design a single production plan that covers in-room experience and remote attendees. This includes cameras, streaming, audio feeds and content formats suitable for both audiences.
How do you handle technical rehearsals?
We encourage at least one run-through with key speakers, especially for complex shows. During rehearsal, we test all cues, walk-ups, videos, microphones and transitions so there are no surprises on the day.
How do I identify a reliable corporate event production company in London?
Look for a company with relevant corporate event experience, in-house AV equipment, qualified technical crew and one production lead responsible for planning, rehearsals and live delivery. The supplier should also provide sound, lighting, video, staging, show calling, backup systems and venue-specific safety documentation.
